Exchange and Refund Policies
Customer is responsible for returning the product in original condition, return shipping costs and additional shipping charges that would occur for a reshipment.
Exchange(s) and Refund(s):
We love what we create at raindrop paperie and we want you to love it too. If for some reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 7 business days and we will work with you to make it right. Should you decide to return a product, it must be in the original condition and packed safely to return back to us. You will be refunded the purchase price minus the shipping charges once we receive the product.
Damaged Product(s):
If there is damage to your order upon arrival to you, please contact us within 48 hours and we will work to make it right for you.
Lost Package(s):
For Domestic and International packages we will wait 4-6 weeks before we send another order to replace the lost package. Please note that each product is handmade and we may not be able to replicate the order identically. We will work to make it right for you.
Order Cancellation(s):
Should you decide to cancel your order please contact us immediately. If your order has already been shipped, it must be in the original condition and packed safely to return back to us. You will be refunded the purchase price minus the shipping charges once we receive the product.
